From my initial phone call to the final inspection, Nick Hitchcock, the Production Manager, ensured our total satisfaction. Very amiable, extremely knowledgeable, and totally professional, Nick initiated our insurance claim and personally conducted the roof inspection with the insurance adjuster. He followed up with the installation schedule and final inspection. The actual roof installation was a first class operation and completed much earlier than we anticipated. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof and the exceptional customer service we received. I certainly will recommend Charleston Roofing & Exteriors to anyone requiring their services.

Great experience with Charleston Roofing! We had some leaking inside around our chimney and called a couple companies for repair quotes. After Nick came out, he took detailed photos and sat down with us to review our options. He gave us good insight on how to work with our insurance company based on the hail damage he found on the roof (no other contractor spotted it). After sending us 2 different detailed quotes, and working with our insurance company, we had Charleston Roofing replace our entire roof, not just around the chimney. Nick sent us photos of some previous installs of 2 different singles we had in mind. The install took 1 full day and went without issue. They replaced the damaged boards around our chimney, and even color matched and painted some of the trim they had to replace on the chimney. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike was great to work with! He presented a few options and also made some solid recommendations based on his appraisal of our existing roof. His foreman Ryan was in constant communication. He laid out exactly how things would go, and made it happen! The crew worked hard and cleaned up all the debris when they finished.
